Pamela is an experienced Condo & HOA attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation. She is one of the firm's senior litigators concentrating in the defense of discrimination actions, having successfully handled numerous complaints on the Federal, State and Local levels, including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the State of Illinois Human Rights Commission, the Cook County Commission on Human Rights, and the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations. Additionally, Pamela has conducted seminars on the Federal Fair Housing Act and has written several articles on associations' responsibilities to comply with accessibility standards. Pam is a member of the firm's Community Involvement Committee, and enjoys participating in Race Judicata, the 5K run/walk that benefits the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation.
