Bio
Nick joined KSN’s Litigation Department in 2008 after spending five years as a commercial litigation attorney at Wildman Harrold and Horwood Marcus & Berk. He currently focuses his practice on general litigation and construction defect litigation as it applies to condominium, homeowner, and townhome associations. He has extensive experience representing clients with various backgrounds through all phases of litigation. Nick graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2003 where he served as Vice-President of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a Notes and Comments Editor on the Law Review. Prior to law school, Nick represented the collective voice of 15,000 students when he served as Student Body President at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Nick is one of the many avid Cubs fans within our ranks.
