Jessica L. Weiner Attorney
Bio
Jessica has a deep and diverse litigation background, including experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, personal injury, and family law. She integrates her transactional and litigation background to develop cohesive and comprehensive case plans in all realms of practice. In her niche area of family law, Jessica handles all aspects of a case, including custody, business valuation, support, post-decree, and alternative dispute resolution. Jessica’s focus is on being there for her clients and her motto is “divorce with dignity”. She combines an aggressive and straightforward approach with an ability to make difficult topics easy to access.
Prior to joining KSN in 2011, Jessica began her career with a mid-size insurance defense firm, where she litigated catastrophic personal injury matters, including high profile construction, medical malpractice, and product liability cases. Jessica launched her own law firm in 2008, where she developed her abiding dedication to family law. While in solo practice, Jessica also represented many closely held businesses with respect to transactions and litigation matters. She has tried both bench and jury matters and regularly appears in Cook and the surrounding collar counties.
When not in court, Jessica enjoys playing on the court as a competitive tennis player. She also enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at school events.
