Bio
Jason joined KSN as a senior litigator in 2001. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including developer litigation, construction defect litigation, mechanics lien foreclosures, covenant enforcement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other issues affecting condominium, homeowner, and townhome associations. His practice also encompasses disputes arising under the Fair Housing Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act. Jason is active in his community, currently serving as a football coach, baseball coach, and Cub Scouts Den Leader. Additionally, he has served as a director for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of McHenry County. Jason’s competitive instincts are rooted in his high school football experience. As an attorney, he prepares for every case in a highly diligent manner, and he always walks into the courtroom ready to win.
