Bio
Bryant concentrates his practice in the counsel and representation of corporate and individual clients in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. He has extensive courtroom experience at both State and Federal levels, including arbitration and administrative hearings, and handling jury and bench trials as lead counsel to verdict. Bryant has represented clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial through appeal, in a wide variety of matters, including contract and commercial disputes, enforcement of judgments, foreclosures, collections, evictions, and administrative hearings involving the City of Chicago, Cook County and surrounding municipalities. In addition to being an accomplished litigator, Bryant excels in all areas of dispute resolution, including advising clients on how to avoid risks and maximize their recovery without litigation. Prior to joining KSN in 2008, Bryant was employed by a general practice firm, where he concentrated in civil and criminal litigation, including appeals, the representation of injured people, and real estate transactions. Bryant is fluent in Spanish as well as English, and regularly utilizes his bilingual skills in his practice.
